Employee training is the basis of our corporate success. Employees in all positions and on all hierarchical levels have access to a wide spectrum of internal and external training opportunities. By arrangement with their superiors, employees can attend seminars during working hours.

In addition, Bosch offers many opportunities for gaining qualifications outside working hours which are not directly related to the employee's working field. It is up to individual employees to decide whether or not to attend such courses.
