Two projects shortlisted at the H&V News Awards 2016

We are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted in the H&V News awards under both its Collaboration of the Year and Retrofit Project of the Year categories.

The highly regarded annual awards ceremony is dedicated to the HVAC and building services industries, and looks to celebrate outstanding excellence and achievement from across the sector.

The Collaboration of the Year category sees us shortlisted for our work with healthcare leader, Bupa UK, to aid their commitment to minimise environmental impact. Our Combined Heat and Power (CHP) modules, along with some of our commercial boilers, were installed to support Bupa’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions by 20% by the end of 2015.

Our Retrofit Project of the Year shortlisting follows our work with Coventry University, which saw us provide a new bespoke heating and hot water system, integrated with CHP, with the ultimate aim of contributing to the university’s carbon reduction target of 500 tonnes per annum.

Paul Flanagan, our National Sales Manager, comments: “For our efforts to be recognised in the H&V News Awards is a huge achievement and further demonstrates that the two projects were successful in meeting their objectives. We are pleased to have been able to help both Bupa UK and Coventry University to continue their ongoing commitment to energy efficiency and have our fingers firmly crossed for the winners’ announcement on 21st April.”
