HIU announced as finalist in HVR Awards 2017

- Our Heat Interface Unit (HIU) has been announced as a finalist in the commercial heating product category at this year’s HVR Awards.
The HIU has already proven to be a valuable addition to a number of district heating projects. It features a series of improved benefits over the previous model, such as greater hot water performance, insulation within the casing, an ErP compliant modulating space heating pump, and internal system filters on the district and hot water circuits. A keyless filling link is also fitted as standard on all new models for simple installation and system filling.
The unit has great benefits for those managing and maintaining properties in which domestic hot water and space heating is provided via a district heating scheme and centralised boiler plant. With increased focus on the efficiency of buildings, it aims to help designers and developers to meet low emissions and efficiency targets.
The HVR Awards are now in their eighth year and recognise outstanding technology and true innovation in the heating and ventilating industry, and we are delighted to have been announced as a finalist.
