Customers from abroad should please contact our 24 hour Service Hotline. That also applies if a fault occurs outside normal working hours. If you call via a fixed network, you will be connected directly to the customer advisor responsible for you depending on the country/region. Your problem will be located in the course of professional advice over the phone, or alternatively the deployment of a customer service engineer will be coordinated.
