Various system data can be called up and checked via the web portal.

At a glance
  • For the convenient remote monitoring of combined heat and power units and boiler plants
  • Access to operating data, at any time and from anywhere, with an overview of all locations
  • Quick, convenient and cost-effective monitoring of system data
  • Updating and fault rectification remotely by Bosch service engineer
  • Certified security concept: Hardware timeout with key, Internet connection via VPN tunnel and PIN/TAN login (commonly used in online banking)

Companies operating combined heat and power units or boiler systems can obtain quick and easy access to relevant system data via the Master Energy Control (MEC) Remote web portal. The data can be called up with any commercially available desktop PC or smartphone. The visualisation of current operating values ensures that there is a comprehensive overview of the system, as well as convenient and cost-effective remote monitoring. MEC Remote also enables comprehensive remote support from Bosch service experts. For example, fault analyses or parameterisation can be carried out quickly and efficiently. This results in optimised service costs and increased system availability.

  • The following functions are available with MEC Remote: Access to operating data, any time and anywhere
  • Quick, convenient and cost-effective monitoring of system data
  • Comprehensive remote support from Bosch Industrial Service on request
  • Optional alarm notifications via SMS or e-mail: In combination with MEC Optimize, when using the hot water boiler control CWC, when using the CHP control system
  • Extension of MEC Remote with additional functions, such as the visualisation of historical CHP operating data, is possible on request
