Release Notes: Issue: 1 Topic: Release notes ACC MT Description Air Center Controller with Touch Display Software Version: 0.2.0.57 (updated LDR software version) Release date: April 2020 Hardware Version: SNR 8 733 502 082 These release notes show an overview about the current status of the software including limitations and known issues of ACC MT software version 0.2.0.57, as well as the hardware status and limitations. Software Status --------------- Newly added features: - Support Chinese language - Show and handle IDUs grouped by an ARC - Use swiping for fan speed adjustments - Keyboard layout predefined based on location setting Improvements: - Several bug fixes - Security patches - Performance improvements for reading USB flash drives - Support floorplan pictures with higher resolutions - Solving issues when loading floorplans after factory reset - Set DNS server address - Processing many error events at the same time - Translation corrections - Schedule execution Issue Summary: The 0.2.0.57 software version of the ACC MT has some reproducible and unreproducible issues. Many of them will be solved with the next SW release, so the SW on the ACC MT should be updated then. General Issues: - ACC MT might show a white screen and does not respond to any user inputs in some rare and not reproducible cases. Resolution: Restart the ACC MT. The ACC MT can restarted by using the restart button on the left side (next to the USB port) or by plug out and plug in the power supply. - For indoor units connected to the same wired remote controller (ARC C) and the system was scanned on an ACC MT with an older software version: The indoor units which are connected to a single ARC C might be shown wrongly on the ACC MT. Resolution: Rescan the VRF system on the ACC MT. Scan VRF systems - The scan result might be displayed incorrectly which means the scan is displayed as "failed" although scan was successful. Resolution: If scan is displayed as "failed", log out and log in again and access system structure to check scan result manually again. If scan was not successful, check VRF system status for other possible reasons and restart ACC MT to retry the scan. Schedules: - Rename a schedule. It is not possible to rename an existing schedule. Resolution: Delete the schedule and create a new one using the new name. - Schedule execution while an indoor unit is offline which is assigned to the schedule. In this scenario the execution of the schedules fails, if any indoor unit which is assigned to the schedule is not reachable by the ACC MT. Furthermore, the settings defined in the schedules are not applied to any indoor unit. - Yearly repetition of schedules is not displayed in the calendar: If yearly repetition is enabled, the schedule markup is only visible for the first year in the calendar display. Nevertheless, the schedule will be executed yearly. - Overlapping schedules: If a schedule is already enabled it is not possible to create a second schedule with overlapping periods and assign IDUs to the second schedule. Time and date settings: - After setting time and date, the ACC MT might log out the current user session. Resolution: Log in again after setting time and date. System monitor: - In system monitor tab for outdoor units (ODU) the current valve positions SV1 – SV8 are shown incorrectly (always on). Error manager: - In the event and fault history it is possible to sort the events and faults with an ascending or descending order for different categories by clicking on the column heads. This sorting function is working only once. Resolution: access the event and fault history again, and sort the list again to get the preferred order. Floorplan-View: - In rare scenarios, the indoor units displayed on a floorplan view might vanish if settings are changed on the ACC MT. Resolution: Log out the current user, log in again, and access the floorplan view again. Energy Management: - The output limitation setting is available for one refrigerant system only. If the system does have several refrigerant systems the setting are not available for the remaining refrigerant systems. Resolution: Refer to the outdoor unit manual to do the output limitation settings directly at the outdoor unit. Features which are not enabled in ACC MT 0.2.0.57 version and will require a software update: 1. Local web browser access: The user interface ACC MT cannot been reached by another computer in the local network using a web browser. 2. Send E-Mail alerts: It is not possible to define E-Mail notifications to get updates for the error status of the VRF system. Contact ------- In case of facing abnormalities and limitations which are not recoverable by the resolutions offered in this document please contact your regional sales department. Hardware Status --------------- The function PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) is not yet available. Therefore, the devices can only be supplied using the power supply included in the package.
