Release Notes: Issue: 1 Topic: Release notes ACC MT Description: Air Center Control with Touch Display Software Version: 1.0.0.46 (updated LDR software version) Release date: April 2021 Hardware Version: SNR 8 733 502 082 These release notes show an overview about the status of the software including limitations and known issues of ACC MT software version 1.0.0.46, as well as the hardware status and limitations. Software Status --------------- Newly added features: - Support for Air Flux 6300 series - ERV visible on system monitor and error manager - More languages and countries are supported Removed features: - None Improvements: - Several bugs fixed - Security patches - Improved robustness for large systems > 64 IDUs - Improved robustness for scanning Limitation summary: The software version 1.0.0.46 of the ACC MT has some known limitations, which are explained below. General limitations: - To be able to select a new country, this version must be already installed. Potentially, a factory reset is required after a software update to reach the installation wizard again to change the country. - Simultaneously connecting a 2-pipe system (AF5300 series or MDCI) together with a 3-pipe system (AF6300 series) is not supported. - ERV cannot be controlled by ACC MT (ARC is required). - S-Box errors cannot be shown within error manager. Scan VRF systems: - After a scan, the ACC MT may not show found units in case no system is connected on XYE1. Resolution: Either connect a system to XYE1 and perform a re-scan, or go back to dashboard and re-open the system structure. System monitor: - For ERV on system monitor, fan speed is shown differently: - 2 -> Low - 4 -> Mid - 8 -> High / Auto - For ERV on system monitor, auto mode is not shown (shows the current running mode instead). IDU renaming: - IDU group is lost when using special characters, e.g. # [ ] " Resolution: If the group is lost, either re-scan, or manually delete and re-add the affected IDUs. Afterwards, only use regular letters. IDU listings: - Scrolling with a long list of IDUs: Use either scroll bar, or touch the white area left of the check boxes or right of the rename icon to scroll instead of drag-n-drop. Schedules: - Schedule execution while an indoor unit is offline, which is assigned to the schedule. In this scenario the execution of the schedules fails, if any indoor unit which is assigned to the schedule is not reachable by the ACC MT. Furthermore, the settings defined in the schedules are not applied to any indoor unit. - Overlapping schedules: If a schedule is already enabled it is not possible to create a second schedule with overlapping periods and assign IDUs to the second schedule. - If a set point on the schedules is not executed properly (e.g. fan speed setting is incorrect), it may be caused by a non-visible lock within the lock manager (potentially, in icon view, a lock symbol is shown, but according to lock manager, no lock seems to be activated). Resolution: Click on each IDU individually, enable and disable all locks one-by-one, and close the lock manager before selecting the next IDU. Time and date settings: - 12-hour time format is only working for visualization of current time within dashboard and footer. All other functions are 24-hour time format only. Suggestion: Only use 24-hour time format. Error manager: - In the event and fault history it is possible to sort the events and faults with an ascending or descending order for different categories by clicking on the column heads. This sorting function is working only once. Resolution: access the event and fault history again to sort the list again with the preferred order. Floorplan-View: - In rare scenarios, the indoor units displayed on a floorplan view might vanish if settings are changed on the ACC MT. Resolution: Re-login and access the floorplan view again. Lock Manager: - For Mini-VRF systems: If mode lock settings are applied to more than four IDUs at the same time, the mode lock settings might not be applied to all IDUs. Resolution: Do mode lock settings with single IDUs selected. System monitor: - The tab "Outdoor unit" might not show all available parameters. XYE Extension kit (AC-XYE): - The ACC MT might show a communication error. Operating IDUs is still possible. Resolution: Restart AC-XYE and ACC MT. Contact ------- In case of facing abnormalities and limitations which are not recoverable by the resolutions offered in this document please contact your regional sales department. Hardware Status --------------- The function PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) is not yet available. Therefore, the devices can only be supplied using the power supply included in the package.
