Bosch Thermotechnology held its traditional Customer Service Agents’ Meeting in Izmir and Manisa, attended by customer service agents from all over Turkey.
Bosch Thermotechnology’s employees and customer service agents gathered for the 2017 Customer Service Agents’ Meeting, reviewed the developments of 2016, and reinforced their motivation for 2017. The theme of the meeting was «All Together for the Digital Future» and information was provided about the importance of the digitising world for Bosch Thermotechnology, and the company’s analysis of this phenomenon.
Bosch Thermotechnology’s projects in the area of the Internet of Things
The first day of the meeting took place in the Izmir Swissotel, moving on the next day to presentations about the innovative projects undertaken at the Thermotechnology Innovation Centre within Bosch Termoteknik’s factory in Manisa, and a tour of the factory.
At the meeting attended by Zafer Polat, Bosch Termoteknik Turkey’s General Manager Sales Turkey-Middle East-Caucasus, and Nazif Özakıncı, After-Sales Services Director, plaques were presented to the five customer service agents who scored highest in the 2016 customer satisfaction evaluation category, and to eight customer agents in the corporate identity award category.
Bosch Thermotechnology officers responded to questions from participants during the question-and-answer session of the meeting.
Customer Service Agents Relaxed with Erdil Yaşaroğlu during the Gala Dinner
At the Customer Service Agents’ Meeting, caricaturist Erdil Yaşaroğlu took a humorous look at the importance of customer focus. The participants had an opportunity to take a break from the busy agenda by spending some time together at the gala dinner at the Izmir Swissotel.
The next day participants coming from various cities took part in a factory tour in Manisa, visiting the production and R&D areas, and they also had an opportunity to learn more about digital applications through project presentations at the Thermotechnology Innovation Centre.
