Bosch Thermotechnology ISO 10002 accreditation
The Bosch Thermotechnology Customer Communications Centre has won ISO 10002 accreditation, issued by TÜV Austria Turk.
The Bosch Thermotechnology Customer Communications Centre, which provides impetus to efforts to increase customer satisfaction, has won ISO 10002 accreditation, an international standard in the management of customer demand, satisfaction and complaints.
The Bosch Thermotechnology Customer Communications Centre, which views any customer complaint as an opportunity to develop the brand and to improve the services it offers, has been certified internationally for its correct management of complaints. Bosch Termoteknik collects any customer complaints or demands it receives through channels such as telephone, internet, social media, email, live support or on screen discussion on its Bosch Focus platform, a first in the air conditioning sector. On this platform each customer demand is recorded on the system under a separate number, solutions unique to the customer are provided, and at the end of the process customer satisfaction is measured automatically.
Zafer Polat, Bosch Thermotechnology Turkey’s General Manager Sales Turkey-Middle East-Caucasus, who emphasises the importance of a customer-focused approach stated «We at Bosch Termoteknik base our whole business model on this approach, analysing our customers’ expectations. Our aim is to improve the quality of the service we provide, and to make every one of our customers an ambassador for the brand. With this accreditation, we have passed a significant milestone toward these goals.» With these words he accepted the certificate of accreditation from Yankı Ünal, General Manager of TÜV Austria Turk.
