Another award for Bosch Thermotechnology, exporting to 41 countries from Manisa


Bosch Thermotechnology Turkey, one of Bosch’s important export hubs, was awarded the «2016 Air-conditioning Industry Export Leader» award by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM). The award was presented by Dr Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, Minister for the Family and Social Policy. This was the latest award for Bosch Termoteknik which, in 2016, achieved exports worth €256 million from Manisa to 41 countries from Europe to the Middle East, from the Gulf to Latin America.

Bosch Thermotechnology Turkey, one of Bosch’s important specialist hubs in the thermotechnical field, is adding new products distinguished by superior technology to its product portfolio, and strengthening its position in the world market with every passing year. The company, which exports to 41 countries around the world, is appreciated for the success and value it has contributed to the national economy in this field.

Finally, Bosch Termoteknik was awarded the "2016 Air Conditioning Industry Export Leader" award by the Turkish Exporters Assembly at 

the "2016 Export Champion Rewards Ceremony."

At this ceremony at the Grand Tarabya Hotel, at which Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was present, Zafer Polat, Bosch Termoteknik Turkey’s General Manager Sales Turkey-Middle East-Caucasus, received the award from the hand of Dr Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya.

The Manisa Factory: A significant centre of expertise

In 2016, Bosch Thermotechnology, an export leader in the air-conditioning sector, achieved exports worth €256 million from its Manisa factory to 41 countries, including Europe, the Caucasus, the Middle East, the Gulf, Latin America and the Far East. In addition to its export achievements, the Manisa factory, which is an important manufacturing and R&D centre for the Bosch Group, is one of the plants which has produced the most combi boilers in the world. Bosch Termoteknik, which has manufactured more than 6 million combi boilers since its foundation, and is responsible for 17 countries in the Middle East and the Caucasus, as well as Turkey.
